This policy explains how Clapback Labs LLC ("Clapback Labs," "we," "us") handles information on clapbacklabs.com (the "Site"). It covers this Site only.

Our products have their own policies

Youbric and ClapIn are products of Clapback Labs LLC, and each has its own privacy policy that explains what it collects and why. If you use one of our products, that product's policy applies to your use of it.

What we collect on this Site

This Site is informational. It has no accounts, forms or advertising, and we don't use analytics or tracking cookies on it.

• Email you send us. If you write to hello@clapbacklabs.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever is in your message.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the Site and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply, to follow up on the topic you raised, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use technical data only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site and our email:

• Google Firebase Hosting serves the Site.
• Google Fonts delivers the typeface used on the Site. Loading it sends your IP address to Google.
• Our email provider stores messages sent to hello@clapbacklabs.com.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as they're useful for the conversation or as required for legal or business records, then delete them. Hosting logs are kept according to our provider's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you've sent us by emailing hello@clapbacklabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor valid requests.

Children

This Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
