These terms govern your use of clapbacklabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Clapback Labs LLC ("Clapback Labs," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Youbric and ClapIn are products of Clapback Labs LLC. Each has its own terms of service, which govern your use of that product. These terms cover this Site only.

Using the Site

You may browse the Site for personal, informational purposes. Please don't:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting,
• try to gain unauthorized access to any system or data,
• scrape, copy or republish the Site's content at scale, or
• use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

Clapback Labs, Youbric, ClapIn and their logos are trademarks of Clapback Labs LLC. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to our products accurately.

The Site links to our product sites and may link to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, their content or their practices.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
